Refund Policy

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal, and how it is lost

Consumers in the EU/EEA/UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The software is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If, at checkout, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirm this in your order e-mail, the right of withdrawal is lost from the moment the software is made available for download (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU; чл. 57, т. 13 ЗЗП). If you do not give that consent, you may withdraw within 14 days using the form in Annex 1 and we will refund you within 14 days.

The consent is the separate, unticked checkbox at checkout. It reads: “I expressly request that Wombat Preparation supplies the Wombat Trainer software (digital content) immediately after payment, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.” Your order email repeats this confirmation. Checkout on this site requires the consent; if for any reason it was not validly given or confirmed, you keep the full 14-day right.

2. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee

On top of your legal rights, we refund the purchase on request if you ask within 14 days of the purchase date and have completed fewer than 3 training sessions. We offer this once per customer. Email support@wombatpreparation.com with your account email and purchase date; no reason is needed.

We refund to the original payment method and revoke the licence, so the app stops signing you in. We may refuse the voluntary guarantee where we see abuse, for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles; that does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Two-year legal guarantee of conformity

Under the Bulgarian Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods (ЗПЦСДС), we are liable for any lack of conformity of the software that appears within two years of delivery. The software must work as described on this site and in these documents, on a system that meets the stated requirements.

If it does not, you can ask us to bring it into conformity free of charge. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time, you can ask for a proportionate price reduction or, unless the defect is minor, terminate the contract and receive a full refund within 14 days. Email support@wombatpreparation.com with a description of the problem and your system details.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the payment method used at purchase, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunding a purchase deactivates the licence and every device signed in under it.

5. No subscription

The only product is a €79 licence (including VAT), paid once. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge to cancel.

6. How to complain

If something goes wrong, email support@wombatpreparation.com first; we aim to reply within 2 business days. You can also complain to the Commission for Consumer Protection (КЗП, kzp.bg), which supervises distance selling in Bulgaria and offers out-of-court dispute resolution through its conciliation commissions, or to the consumer protection authority in your own EU country.
